Standard Repair:
Standard repair iaw the CMM of the mnfr. includes mandatory parts/tasks/tests, shop supplies, labor, recertification. Additional cost might apply if the non mandatory parts exceeds the acceptable limitations conform the CMM. Additonal cost will be known after evaluation of the component.
Standard Overhaul:
Standard Overhaul iaw the CMM of the Mnfr, includes mandatory parts/tasks/tests, shop supplies, labor, recertification. Additional cost might apply if the non mandatory parts exceeds the acceptable limitations. Additional cost will be known after evaluation of the component.
Average Repair:
Average cost for repair iaw the CMM of the Mnfr. Cost is based on the known past performed repairs. Includes labor, parts, shop supplies, final test and certification based on the historical data. Final cost will be determined after evaluation of the part
Average Overhaul:
Average cost for overhaul iaw the CMM of the Mnfr. Cost is based on the known past performed overhauls. Includes labor, parts, shop supplies, final test and certification based on the historical data. Final cost will be determined after evaluation of the part
Fixed and Firm Repair / Overhaul cost:
Repair/Overhaul performed iaw the CMM of the Mnfr. All cost for parts, labor etc till certification is included. BER is excluded and the part should be in in normal wear and tear condition, no excessive usage/damage
High repair/overhaul cost:
Cost for overhaul/repair iaw the CMM of the Mnfr. Cost is based on the known past performed but cost are higher as the averages.
Includes labor, parts, shop supplies, final test and certification based on the historical data. Final cost will be determined after evaluation of the part
Not to exceed repair/overhaul cost
maximum cost for repair/overhaul which never will be exceeded but can be lower after evaluation
WARRANTY:
NE/FN:
12 MONTH OR 500 FLIGHT HRS. WHICH EVER COMES FIRST
REPAIR:
6 MONTH OR 200 FLIGHT HRS, WHICH EVER COMES FIRST
OVERHAUL:
12 MONTH OR 400 FLIGHT HRS, WHICH EVER COMES FIRST
EXCHANGE NOTE
* Any major parts and/or reworks (if required) will be invoiced back in the form of an additional billing*
– All cores should be in normal run-out and wear and tear condition and cost for the standard overhaul are included. Over and above cost will be charged afterwards and extra cost might be applicable
